If our customer is a UK local/ or from the UK you will get free delivery on any order above then £200 or more.

Can I Visit your Warehouse? What are your Opening Hours?

Our professional customer care team are always willing to meet our customers and they can visit our Manchester based warehouse. They are open Monday-Friday from 9:30 - 18:30 and on Sunday from 9:30 - 14:30. Our Manchester warehouse is also open on Saturdays from 9:30 -18:30. We do not require any appointment before visiting our showroom.

Are your Photographs Available to Use?

Our images are protected by the Copyrights law of Wholesale Shopping. We do not allow/permits anyone to use our trademark or purchase our images. If somebody do or if we came to know that our copyrights are breach, we will definitely take legal action towards that act.

If I am a European Customer, Do I Have to Pay VAT?

VAT can be deducted from your order as long as we are provided with a valid VAT number. Please contact us with your VAT number before placing your order so we ensure the correct charges. If you do not provide us the correct VAT number, you will be charged with standard UK VAT rate of 20%.

What Shall I Do If I Want to Return or Exchange an Item?

Damages, discrepancies & returns can be notified within 2 days of receiving goods by e-mail to sales at, give your order code number, name, address, description of the product and reason of returning. In the case of damage, a photo of the fault also provided. If you are returning the defected item, kindly make sure they are in its original condition within 7 days of receiving. Once we have received your returned item, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order. We will accept any item which is damaged or mishandled during customization or alteration.

Payment can be made by credit card or debit card or by an electronic payment method.

What are your Delivery Options?

Your order will be delivered to your respected address. It must be signed by an adult for delivery. We offer a convenient Click & Collect service from our showroom in Manchester. This service is completely FREE - simply order online and 3-4 hours needed for your order to be picked. Click & Collect is available from Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm. For the verification of your name and address bring your ID, along with confirmation of your order which will be sent to your email when you come to collect from the Manchester showroom.
