The website has an error. What can I do?

If you send an email to, our customer care team will contact you immediately and advise you. We can process your order manually if you can provide us with the items in question including the colours and quantity.

How much do you charge for delivery in the UK?

If you a UK mainland customer you will receive free delivery on any order above £200 or more.

Is there a minimum amount I need to spend with Wholesale Shopping?

We have a minimum order spend of £200 before tax.

Can I visit your warehouse? What are your opening hours?

Our friendly customer care team are always happy to meet customers for a chat! Our Manchester and Birmingham based warehouses are open Monday-Friday from 9:30 - 18:30 and Sundays from 9:30 - 14:30. Our Manchester warehouse is also open on Saturdays from 9:30 -18:30. We do not require an appointment for customers visiting our showroom.

Are your photographs available to use?

Our images are protected by Copyright law to Wholesale Shopping. We do not authorize permission to use our trademark. Images are not available for purchase with or of any of our products and we will proceed with legal action if we have any reason to believe our copyright is in breach.

If I am a European customer, do I have to pay VAT?

VAT can be deducted from your order as long as we are provided with a valid VAT number. Please contact us with your VAT number before placing your order so we ensure the correct charges are made to you. If you do not provide us with a VAT number, you may be charged the standard UK VAT rate of 20%.

What shall I do if I want to return or exchange an item?

Damages, discrepancies & returns must be notified to us within 2 days of receiving goods by e-mail to sales at , quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for sending back. In the case of damages a photo of the fault should also be provided. Should you wish to return faulty item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 7 days of receiving it. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order. We will not be able to accept any items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customisation or alteration

What are your payment options?

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card or through an electronic payment account as explained on the order form.

What are your delivery options?

Your order will be delivered to you at the address you provided during the order process and must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. We offer a convenient Click & Collect service from our showrooms in Manchester & Birmingham. This service is completely FREE - simply order online and allow up to 3-4 hours for your order to be picked. Click & Collect is available from Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, please bring some proof of ID with you verifying your name and address, along with confirmation of your order which will be sent to your email when you come to collect from the Manchester & Birmingham showrooms.
