Once we receive your order we will forward this to our warehouse for immediate picking, and we aim to dispatch your items on the same day so you have your order the very next day. For orders placed over the weekends or late in the afternoon these will be processed the following day. In the rare occasion that an item is not available we will always offer you an alternative, or as a substitute we’ll reimburse you for this product.
