You can return an item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different item of the same value within 5 days for UK orders and 7 days for International orders of receiving your order. Please contact us with your order number and the item SKUs. Damaged items must be notified to us within 2 days of receiving goods by e-mail to email@example.com, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for sending back.
We will refund the item at the price you purchased it for.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The returning items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure they are packed correctly and cannot be damaged en route.
We are not responsible for items which are returned to us by mistake.
We try hard to accept all returns, however in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
We will send you an email as soon as we've received your return in its original condition and either order your replacements or apply your refund to your original payment type. This is usually done within 1 working day.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer.

Our Fidget Spinners are return only unless faulty. Should you notice a fault with your spinner, simply send your item back to us for inspection and a replacement with be located or refund provided if necessary. We will not be able to accept any items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customisation or alteration.
COLOURS AND STYLES
Please note that colours may sometimes vary due to the effects of the photographic studio or monitor calibration. Garments are measured on a flat surface and all measurements are approximate. If you find an issue with anything on our listings, please contact us as soon as possible so our customer care team can amend this immediately.
VAT from your order can be refunded as long as we are provided with a valid VAT number. Please contact us with your VAT number after placing your order so that we ensure the correct charges are made for you. If you do not provide us with a valid VAT number, you may be charged the standard UK VAT rate of 20%.
