Pre Order

We endeavour to fulfil all pre-order items within the prescribed time frame of 1-2 weeks. This period may be subject to change and cancellation as pre-order items are not entirely guaranteed since these are pre-production lines. In the instance where you have purchased a pre-order item that has been cancelled please be advised we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

All orders paid before 12 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched for delivery on the same day, any orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the following working day.

All orders received on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Where items are out of stock we will endeavour to contact you on the same day to discuss any variations. Excluding bank holidays.

UK Delivery (1 - 2 Days)

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday to Thursday are eligible for next working day delivery, however this will depend on the service times in your area.

Orders placed on a Friday before 12:00 PM will be delivered on Monday

Orders placed Saturday to Sunday will be delivered Tuesday.

Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping takes 2 to 3 days’ time to deliver the shipment to its destination except shipments received on Friday, which will be sent on Monday.

Next Day Delivery:

This service allows you to have your orders delivered the day after they are booked except Friday bookings

Saturday Delivery:

This service allows you to have your Weekend bookings delivered on the very next day.

Click & Collect

We offer a convenient Click & Collect service from our showroom in Manchester. This service is completely FREE - simply order online and allow up to 3-4 hours for your order to be picked. Click & Collect is available from Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm, please bring some proof of ID with you verifying your name and address, along with confirmation of your order which will be sent to your email when you come to collect.
